A graduation-year audit should confirm the athlete's actual school timeline across every profile and message template rather than changing a year because a new season began.

Verify the school record first

Use the athlete's current enrollment and counselor-confirmed graduation information. A class year is not automatically changed by age, team season, reclassification discussion, or a platform suggestion.

Find every public instance

Check recruiting profiles, video titles, email signature, one-page sheet, questionnaires, team biographies, and shared folders. Search both the old year and related class labels.

Review account-level settings separately

Some platforms use graduation year for search filters or eligibility. Confirm the consequence before editing and save a screenshot or confirmation of the final setting.

Coordinate connected dates

Season labels, academic year, test plans, camp eligibility, and coach target classes may depend on the timeline. Update only fields supported by the same verified record.

Notify active contacts when material

If coaches previously received a different year, the athlete should send a direct correction with concise context. The VA can identify affected threads but should not invent an explanation.

Finish with a consistency check

Compare all approved destinations and archive outdated attachments. Record the review date so a later platform sync does not silently restore the old value.
