A small rotating sample can reveal accuracy and boundary problems in recruiting support work without requiring a family to redo every completed task.
Sample across work types
Choose items from profile updates, research notes, calendar entries, video records, and message preparation. Reviewing only easy tasks can miss the places where judgment is required.
Check against the original source
Open the staff directory, athlete record, coach thread, event page, or confirmation used for the task. A clean-looking spreadsheet is not evidence that the underlying claim is correct.
Review authority as well as accuracy
Ask whether the VA was permitted to make the change, share the information, or prepare the reply. Correct facts can still be handled outside the agreed role.
Test the next user's experience
Have the athlete locate the source, understand the status, and identify the next action. Work that only its creator can interpret is not ready for family use.
Record defects by pattern
Classify missing source, stale date, wrong owner, unclear status, broken link, voice change, or privacy exposure. Patterns point to a workflow fix more clearly than a general quality score.
Expand review when risk appears
One serious boundary issue or repeated factual error should trigger a broader check of related work. Document corrections and confirm that affected public material or active drafts were updated.
